Refund policy
Returns can be made up to seven calendar days of receipt. Return shipping cost must be paid by buyer, unless there was an error on our part. Products must be as recived, unworn, unwashed, and unembellished to qualify for a return.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected by IBA. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
We try to ship our orders out as quickly as possible, and for that reason we DO NOT accept cancellations

Shipping policy
When do you ship orders?
We fulfill orders Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays). Our postal service picks up in the morning so we try and ship our orders out as soon as they come in. How will I know when my order ships?
You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
At this time we do not offer a pick up option.
